Order Analyst - Germantown, Wisconsin

Summary

Under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager, the Order Analyst performs general customer service-related duties in accordance with prescribed procedures and practices.

1. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary at any time.
   
   
2. Answer incoming customer telephone calls. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers by ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction.
   
   
3. Enter all orders into IQMS to create and maintain the customer database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
   
   
4. Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of open orders to customers and operations.
   
   
5. Address and resolve customer inquiries, problems.
   
   
6. Create and maintain customer files and orders.
   
   
7. Send appropriate Pick Tickets to the shipping department to ensure timely customer shipments.
   
   
8. Communicate with company employees in a positive, team-oriented manner.
   
   
9. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
