Plastic Components, Inc. is actively involved in the community by sponsoring the Germantown High School Bots IQ. Plastic Components, Inc. supports and educates students through the use of their on-site tool room.

Plant Tours

Plastic Components, Inc. also introduces Germantown High School students from the tech department to plastic parts manufacturing and PCI by conducting facility tours.

Manufacturing Career Expo

Every year Plastic Components, Inc. participates in the Manufacturing Career Expo, a local event which brings together local manufacturers and high school students to raise awareness about local manufacturing career opportunities.

Manufacturing Donations

As part of PCI’s innovation strategy, the company donated manufacturing machinery to the local high school to educate students on the importance of automation, multi-capability machines and tooling.
