Plastic Components, Inc. produces custom injection molded plastic parts for original equipment manufacturers located throughout North America. We successfully supply a full array of Wisconsin-based customers as well as a number of automotive customers located outside the state.

Plastic Components, Inc. offers solutions to customers in several dimensions:

• Reduced price tooling from our strategic relationships with offshore tool makers. For one customer, six tools were quoted domestically at $240,000. PCI's offshore toolmakers quoted $138,000 - a cost savings to the customer of $102,000.

• In-house tool room to make the necessary modifications to incoming tools and maintenance to existing tools.

• Conversion assistance and cost savings from one commodity to another for example powder metal to injection molding for one customer took a piece price of .25 down to $.09 and at 5 million pieces per year meant an $800,000 cost savings.

• Assembly assistance. PCI's in-house assembly offered completion of customer's product after the production of four injection molded parts.
