Resource Planning

The entire facility is managed by the IQMS Enterprise Resource Planning System that allows for the plant staff to monitor the activity in all 40 cells and provide full scheduling capability to the plant manager. The IQMS system also allows for full internal traceability of all plastic resin and parts produced, allowing for more precise scheduling and inventory control. Plastic Components, Inc. will turn its' inventory 24 times this year; well above the industry standards.
