Plastic Components, Inc. is a custom injection molder of thermoplastic parts founded in Germantown, WI in 1989. The Company is based on a unique manufacturing model complete process automation. We manufacture small and medium size injection parts at the lowest possible cost. Our fully automated plant features state-of-the-art molding presses and necessary support equipment for continuous automated operation.

Seventeen years later, with over one billion molded parts shipped to our customers; we are proud of our position as a globally competitive low-cost producer of critical molded plastic parts for our customers.

The Company has grown to our current 40,500 sq. ft. through four additions, the latest being completed in October, 2005.

The building is over 40,500 sq. ft

• 25,000 manufacturing floor
• 8,000 warehousing
• 2,000 in-house tool room
• 5,500 office space

With the final 5,500 sq. ft. addition complete in October 2005, our facility is now landlocked. If our growth continues at the pace of 21.7% as it has for the first six months of 2006, we will be at capacity in one year. At that time, best business decisions have to be addressed whether it's moving to a new facility in Wisconsin or another city outside of Wisconsin.
