SPC/ISO Coordinator

Responsibilities 

  • Active evaluation and analysis of SPC data
  • Manage the parts involved in the SPC program
  • Program of the characteristics for each part to be monitored in the software
  • Conduct Gage R&R’s to evaluate the measurement technique and discrimination of the metrology equipment used in the study
  • Evaluate the collected data to identify production control
  • Identify and recommend improvements to maintain production control and acceptable data results
  • Reproduce data in tabular and graphical form for internal and external use
  • Identify, develop and integrate more efficient data collection methods or equipment
  • Begin the initiative of moving PCI to TS compliance,
  • Evaluate and revise ISO Quality Procedures as required
  • Develop Standard Work Instructions
  • Conduct periodic audits of the Quality Management System

Position is for 1st shift

Requirements

  • Three years in a Quality Assurance position
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in SPC and ISO related duties
  • Ability to read blueprints including GD&T
  • Experience and ability to use personal computers to maintain records and access information
