Material Handler
- Pull and return raw materials from the warehouse and perform necessary inventory transactions.
- Prepare packaging materials, and maintain the automated packaging systems during production runs.
- Verify count of, package, and label finished goods
- Move finished goods to appropriate staging and/or finished goods storage areas.
- Perform secondary and sorting operations.
- Assist with tear-down and set-up of jobs according to established procedures and guidelines to include tasks associated with the raw materials required for a job.
- Maintain proper housekeeping practices
- Participate and offer input to corrective and preventive action and continuous improvement projects.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Ability to perform raw material set-up tasks
- Ability to perform manual lifting not to exceed 75 lbs
- Qualified to operate a fork lift.
- Ability to use electronic scales for count / weight verification
- Ability to perform inventory management data entry
