Maintenance Technician
- Perform equipment maintenance as required, including the injection molding machines and all support equipment.
- Perform facility maintenance as required.
- Maintain the preventive maintenance records per established procedures.
- Recommend and implement changes to existing equipment to improve current capabilities in manufacturing.
- Maintain proper housekeeping practices and equipment storage requirements.
- Participate and offer input to corrective and preventive action and continuous improvement projects.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with machine maintenance including mechanical, hydraulic and electronic aspects
- Ability to work overtime as dictated by the daily workload.
- Qualified to operate a fork lift
- Experience and ability to read prints and schematics
- Experience and ability to use personal computers to maintain records and access information
